Consistently in all of their cooking is truly the taste of ancient orient sauces and recipes, many years old. Fresh vegetables prepared daily. Sushi bar is upon reproach, perfection in every cut, roll. Real certified fish products, always fresh without exception, ever. The dragon rolls have no comparison, and in fact, when Siams opened, some local Asian restaurant, came in and took pictures to copy. They can copy the look, but because of the high traffic at the sushi bar, it is guaranteed fresh and turn over of product is fast. Nothing compares to this place for, freshness, hand made to order, every plate perfect, consistent.December 27, 2016
